Let me clear that I am not a very good cook and I probably do not know whether the measurements of all the ingredients are correct so, bear with me.
500 g. fish fillet
1 or 2 pcs. carrot cut into small cubes
1 onion ( I use 2 — I love onions)
1 spring onion or (some purreløk) (so sorry I do not know what this is in English! )
2 dl milk
Cook the vegetables with the fish bullion and half a liter of water. Heat the butter and mix with some flour. Pour the milk and the vegetable soup. Cut the fish into small bits. Put it in the soup. You can also add a little sour cream (if you like).
